Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and OBS Studio are registered trademarks of their respective owners:
- Google Meet is a trademark of Google LLC.
- Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
- Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies, LLC (Salesforce).
- Microsoft Teams is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.
- Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
- OBS Studio is a trademark of the OBS Project.
- macOS and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Use of these trademarks does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or certification by their respective holders. MicMorph is an independent software application designed to work with standard macOS audio input devices.
3. Open-Source Software Attributions
MicMorph utilizes certain open-source software libraries:
- BlackHole Virtual Audio Driver: Created and maintained by Existential Audio Inc., licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPLv3). MicMorph does not modify the BlackHole driver binary and directs users to the official distribution.
- SoundTouch Audio Processing Library: Developed by Olli Parviainen, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL v2.1).
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use MicMorph only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use MicMorph to:
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, impersonation for malicious purposes, or unlawful deceit.
- Harass, threaten, or violate the legal rights of any person.
- Circumvent or violate audio recording consent laws in your jurisdiction (including wiretapping and two-party consent statutes).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
